Heard Around the House...

Myles:  "Can I have a banana?"(would be his 3rd for the day!)
Mommy:  "Another one??!!  You are a bottomless pit!"
Myles:  "Well, I have been full about 3 times in my life."

Kyra:  (after we painted the bathroom and got a trampoline) "It's like our house is having a reniassance!!"

Myles:  "Well, that's a fine say hello!" (meaning "that's a fine how do you do")

Sophy:(to the cashier at the store a few days after we had found a dead animal in the jacuzzi drain)
"Yeah, I'm a great swimmer!  And I'm not even scared to swim with dead things!"

Hayley:  (after she accidently whacked me in the face with her elbow) "Sorry Mommy, it's just that I have a lot of sharp parts.  I'd probably be great at karate!"

Sophy:  (later in the day, when we had read the Three Little Pigs earlier)  "Mommy, blowing down people's houses is NOT kind.  Yeah, we should never do that."

Sophy: (after watching alot of StarWars...) "Dark Mater is very super bad!"

Myles:  "Mommy, aren't you glad you have me??  Cause, I mean, things would just be CRAZY with all these girls!"  (yes, buddy, I am!)

Kyra:  (I was telling Kyra about my first camera when I was her age and how it had film) "Yeah, Kit(the american girl) had film for her camera.  That's about the same time as you, right?"  (Kit is from the depression!!)

Myles: (during history I ask, "These people were nomads.  Do you remember what that means?")
"Ummm...that they never got mad??"
