Yesterday Scott's middle school track team put on a race for elementary kids. They targeted 4th and 5th graders, but anyone could come. It was 800 meters(2 laps around the track) and the top 15 girls and top 15 boys got medals. Everyone got a race number. Kyra really wanted to run(Myles did too, but he backed out at the last second:)). Here they are with their race numbers.

Kyra ended up getting 13th and beating a bunch of "big girls." We were so pround of her because all the girls took off really fast and then ended up walking in, while Kyra was behind at first but ran the entire way and passed a bunch of people. We all had fun!
