Most of you know that Scott only speaks Spanish to the kids. It is amazing that they understand everything he says and respond correctly. Hayley has been speaking her own version of spanglish lately...skittles are "skittlesitos"
markers are "markersitos"
her tennis shoes which she calls cougars(Scott's cross country team is the cougars) are "cougarsitos"
She also uses a spanish filler word "pero" which means but. All day long she says stuff like:
"I need to go potty, pero I can't get my pants off."
"I want to play, pero Myles is being mean."
"Sophy wants a popsicle, pero she's just a baby."
It is hilarious to listen to!
